Ryui is a Pokemon to whom "happy go lucky" can apply without question. Seemingly little bothers this noodle of a dragon who loves cuddling up close to her trainer and the Pokemon around her and sticking her snoot in places it probably shouldn't go. Even though she's evolved, she still loves curling up all around Thida protectively, and does not object to occasionally being used as a flotation device.
